If you are a meat eater, you probably know that the tastiest pork meat is the meat from above the ribs of the pig, placed also on the sides of the backbone; this meat is known as pork loins, and is a very tender meat, ideal for numerous delicious pork loin recipes.
Those that are not acquainted with cooking pork loin, there are a few pork loin recipes easy to do. The easiest of all, is one of roasted pork loin and will need the following ingredients: 1 kilo/ 2 pounds of pork loin (no bones included), olive oil, a cup of wine (preferably red or rose), garlic – 4 cloves and spices of your own taste: salt pepper, oregano or others that you prefer. Use your imagination on this matter. You will also need a bowl, a fork and a baking dish. Take the 4 cloves of garlic, mince them and add the rest of the spices; mix until you obtain a paste, which you will add to the pork loin. Place the mix on a baking dish and sprinkle with some olive oil, so that the pork loin will be nicely roasted. The baking dish must be placed in the preheat oven, which has to be at 360 Celsius degrees. The cooking pork loin will last for about two hours, checking from time to time, and adding olive oil if the meat gets dry. After 100 minutes of cooking pork loin, you will need to add half of the red wine over the meat. When the two hours are over, get the meat out from the oven, place it on the plates and pour the remaining wine. The roasted pork loin may be served with parsley or any green vegetable leaf.
