Such an aromatherapy bath will help you relax and get your energy back, plus your spirits will rise high up. So, for the best and most effective aromatherapy bath, fill your tub with warm water, but careful, it shouldn’t be very hot, and then add a couple of ounces of carrier oil and 20 drops of aromatherapy oils. Blend these oils in a recipient and introduce them to the bath water before you enter. This is all it takes for this miraculous bath to be effective.

In order to select your aromatherapy essential oils, make sure they are the ones that you are fond of. The world of aromatherapy oils is a vast one, so you can choose from oils scented with almond, lily, primrose, orange, passion fruit, pomegranate, musk, sun flower, rose, patchouli, lavender, tulip, ocean breeze, sesame, olive, peanut, rose hip, shea butter and so on. You can get one aromatherapy essential oil or combine two or even more. Try some aromatherapy essential oils on your skin prior to buying them, as some people are allergic to these oils.

An aroma therapist may recommend you some oils for your skin type or in case you have a certain disease. However, you have to know that any type of aromatherapy essential oils will get rid of stress, anxiety and even depression, making the aromatherapy bath a pleasurable time of the day. Make sure you get at least one aromatherapy bath per week for a healthy lifestyle and you won’t regret it.
